Construction on the Hilton Garden Inn Wallingford began with intense site surveys to address a long dormant shell on existing slab. Custom material dimensions and thoughtful coordination with Palmar Construction allowed for reuse of exterior pole light locations and minimum rough opening changes while meeting Hilton brand standards. A custom wood and trim package at lobby “Library”, 4,000 square feet of meeting space, and intricate millwork details presented opportunities to highlight Paragon’s expertise.
